Thank you for making my first experience with online photo card orders a smooth and quick one. I have to admit that I thought it would be a hassle and there would be a lot of waiting with contact via e-mail, but to my suprise, it was very easy. You were quick to respond and I was very impressed that you processed my initial request after one day and finalized my order quickly after. (Thank you also, for being open to my own ideas/thoughts on the card!) We received the photo cards exactly two days after you notified me that they were mailed out. The invitations I ordered for my daughter’s first birthday are exactly what I wanted. The photo is perfect and with the suggestion of a green border around it, they turned out absolutely adorable. I have received many compliments on them from those who received the invitations. The service I received was excellent as they kept in contact with me regarding the pictures I submitted and whether they were the right quality, which is not done by many other companies. I was 100% pleased with my announcements! Working with Little Ladybug Designs was great, they were very helpful and experienced. There are so many samples available to help you choose or you can custom design your own layout as I did. I took a little something that I liked from several samples and Little Ladybug Designs put it all together and made it look absolutely awesome! The recipients of my announcements commented on how cute they were and my sister had one framed for me and it looks great! I looked at other websites that offer announcements but none even came close to the selection and quality available at Little Ladybug Designs and you cant beat the customer service. I just wanted to say Thank you so much to Kim for the PERFECT 1ST BIRTHDAY INVITATION for our little princess . The first picture I sent did not have the best quality to it so she asked that I send it by another email instead of hotmail. Most people would have taken the first one and been done with it. She stayed in contact with me off and on until my order was shipped and I have still been in touch with her and have had my invitations in hand for several days. I have added her site to my BLOG so that hopefully I can spread the word about her. I definitely will use her again in the future for all my invitation and announcement needs.
