About Me
I am a stay at home mom to a 3 year old daughter. I have been married for 10 years to my college sweetheart. I have a Masters degree in Early Childhood Special Education. I love music, dancing, traveling, digital scrapbooking, graphic design, & spending time with family & friends. I am the owner and designer of Little Ladybug Designs. I started Little Ladybug Designs after encouragement from family & friends. I designed my daughter's birthday invitations and everyone thought I should start a business designing announcements and invitations for others. I have a variety of adoption announcements, birth announcements, baby shower invitations, birthday invitations, mommy calling cards, holiday photo cards, business cards & more! I can also create a custom design based on your preferences.

As you can see from my business name I love ladybugs! Ladybugs are known to bring good luck! Here are some ideas if you are planning a ladybug birthday party or a ladybug baby shower party.

Ladybug Cake Recipe from FamilyFun.com

RECIPE INGREDIENTS:
1 baked dome cake (made in a 1 1/2-quart bowl or 6-inch sphere)
1 baked cupcake
3 cups red frosting
12 Junior Mints
2 green gumdrops
Black shoestring licorice
1. Turn the cake and cupcake upside down and frost them with red icing.

2. Place the mints on the body for spots.

3. Add the green gumdrop eyes and the licorice antennae, and the ladybug will fly away home.

Support to a Work at Home Mom

This post has been a long time coming. Over this past year I have met some amazing people who out of the goodness of their hearts have helped me gain a beautiful presence for my business. I wanted to take the time to say thank you to these wonderful women.

Jen at Craftylilmomma is an amazing and talented graphic designer. Even though we are in the same line of work she has gone out of her way to help me. She has created beautiful logos, graphics, and gives me suggestions about every aspect of the graphic design business. Diana of Sass n Scrap Designs created beautiful digital scrapbook paper that I have used in some of my designs. One of her digital scrapbook papers is featured in this popular birth announcement She also helped me reorganize my blog and did a wonderful job. She is a very talented digital scrapbook designer and has recently reopened up her children's boutique The Emilee Grace Company.

Lisa at My Colorful Treasures is a very creative and talented jewelry and web designer. Not only has she created a beautiful Minnie Mouse Bracelet for my daughter as a surprise she has helped me with my Top 100 site.

I met Revka through Twitter and I mentioned to her that I was unhappy with my home page. She offered to give it a make over and did a beautiful job. She is a talented web and blog designer! A couple of months ago I emailed the Mom Pack looking for some help in writing press releases and articles in exchange for some graphic design work.
